Fire Station Design Workshop 2018 Editorial
On the 18th April 2018 the first Fire Station Design & Construction Workshop took place at Wychwood Park, Cheshire and was attended by industry professionals from Fire Service Property departments, facilities management, asset management as well as operational personnel who are involved in the planning and design of new or refurbishing fire stations with presentations from construction and design professionals.
The aim of the day was to bring together brigade property departments to create a networking opportunity and to have a discussion on the challenges of designing fire stations and most importantly for attendees to share their experiences.
